Learn from the best

There are lots of good people giving out good information online. If you haven´t read or listened to any good speakers or writers, it is a good idea to do so. I personally have learned so much from so many different people in the business. The ones I have learned from are mosly English speaking and that is often a challenge to non English speakers but worth the effort.

One of the best ways to know that you are on the right road is when you find a solid company that has products you love. If you want to make a career out of networking and have found a good company, you should really order some of their products and start using them so that you will be able to know what you would be talking about. If you don´t love your product, you won´t succeed. Many people want to get into the business just for the money but my advice is that if you concentrate on the money, people will think that you are only after them so that they will run the money for you - and that never works. Networking is a business, where we can choose the people we work with but make no mistake, you do have to work! That´s why it is called netWORKING and netWORK marketing. The fact of the matter is that those, who earn the most, also have and are working hardest. There is no reason to look for short cuts. It is a hands-on business.

You also have to know the compensation plan - inside out. Even though we must concentrate on supporting others to succeed, we also have to do our homework on how the money actually is accumulated since we all need money to pay our bills. The company I am working with at the moment has the best compensation plan (in my opinion) that I have come accross - in addition to wonderful products. It starts to pay new people (who work as they should) very quickly and it is a very fair plan. There is also a possibility to make lots of money. The only thing that is needed to accummulate large figures, is time. It is good to know that their track record is such that if I now start and sponsor e.g. 1 to 3 people per month and help them as much as they need and want so that they do the same, you and I cannot avoid the income in due course. We have to work of course, but in this case we don´t have to worry about the company going under as it has been around for years and years. It is bringing more new and exciting "I want" products in the coming years so we are all very excited about also the products in the pipeline. By the time we get them, we will be totally comfortable with them and they will be easy to recommend to everyone.

The sea is now warm enough so I finally went swimming! Usually the swimming has started already in April right after the ice has melted but this summer has been different. There is a big job this week-end. All the rest of they hay will be collected from the fields so that the sheep have enough to eat during the winter. In the evening there will be swimming again - after a hot day on the field.
